Dentium Successfully Concludes ‘Dentium Minimalism Consensus’
Presenting New Directions in Global Clinical Trends

Dentium successfully concluded the “Dentium Minimalism Consensus,” held on May 17 at the COEX Auditorium in Seoul, Korea.

Centered on the philosophy of “Minimalism” — making digital dentistry and implant treatment more simple, fast, and effective

— the event attracted approximately 700 dentists and industry professionals from both Korea and overseas.

The Consensus further strengthened its significance as a global academic platform,

with clinicians participating from CIS countries, India, the Middle East, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other regions.

International speakers also joined the program to share current digital clinical trends and practical applications in implant dentistry.

Through these exchanges, participants formed a broader consensus around Dentium’s digital-driven clinical philosophy and its concept of “Minimalism.”

The program consisted of four sessions: Digital Minimalism, Pioneer Digital, Simple Surgery, and Advanced Minimal Surgery

Across all sessions, speakers introduced various digital workflows and clinical strategies designed to simplify

and streamline increasingly complex digital treatment processes and implant procedures.

In the Digital Minimalism session, Dr. Hyun-Doo Won (Jamsil Sarang Dental Clinic) introduced a digital prosthetic workflow

utilizing Dentium 3D Viewer, emphasizing the importance of accurate diagnosis and prosthetic planning through the integration of CBCT and IOS data.

Dr. Ha-Young Kim (Woorideul Prosthodontic Clinic) presented the potential of AI-driven digital dentistry

by demonstrating workflows that connect diagnosis, automatic segmentation, and prosthetic fabrication.

Professor Ji-Man Park (Seoul National University School of Dentistry) introduced a fully integrated workflow

combining CBCT, AI, IOS, and CAD software to support safer and more predictable prosthetically driven implant treatment.

International speaker Dr. Pokpong from Thailand shared a facial-driven digital workflow

integrating CBCT, facial scan, and IOS data to optimize both esthetic and functional outcomes in digital prosthetic treatment.

Dr. Sung-Min Jung (Dentium Dental Clinic) also attracted significant attention by introducing a simplified implant concept

utilizing short and narrow implants together with AI-based digital workflows.

The Simple Surgery session focused on the concept of “Simple but Predictable,”

presenting practical approaches aimed at improving clinical applicability and treatment efficiency.

Dr. Sang-Cheol Lim (Misa Well Dental Clinic) presented GBR strategies and accelerated tissue healing protocols

utilizing bright Implant Tissue Level and Collagen Graft.

Dr. Seung-Min Han (Seoul Ichon Dental Clinic) discussed the structural advantages of tissue-level implants

and their application in narrow alveolar ridge cases.

Dr. Byung-Gyu Park (Seoul Feel Dental Clinic) introduced highly predictable treatment strategies using narrow-diameter implants and GBR systems.

In the Advanced Minimal Surgery session, speakers discussed minimally invasive approaches for achieving stable long-term treatment outcomes.

Professor Sung-Tae Kim (Seoul National University School of Dentistry) emphasized the importance of soft tissue management

and collagen matrix utilization for long-term implant success.

Professor Soo-Hwan Byun (Hallym University Medical Center) presented simplified GBR protocols and implant treatment strategies

for atrophic ridges utilizing bright Implant and OSTEON™ Xeno,

while sharing practical clinical insights for minimally invasive procedures.

Finally, Professor Eui-Won Jung (Yonsei University College of Dentistry) introduced a minimally invasive crestal sinus lift protocol

using a dual-guide system, receiving strong interest from participants.

The Dentium Minimalism Consensus was recognized as more than a symposium focused solely on minimally invasive techniques.

The event presented a new clinical direction for simplifying increasingly complex digital dentistry and implant treatment workflows

while improving efficiency and predictability.

Through active discussions of real clinical experiences and digital workflows among both domestic and international clinicians,

the Consensus successfully established a shared understanding of current global clinical trends

and demonstrated Dentium’s commitment to shaping a new paradigm of minimalist digital dentistry together with clinicians worldwide.

Meanwhile, Dentium announced that the upcoming “Soft & Hard Tissue Management Consensus” will be held at COEX on July 12.

The event will focus on the latest clinical trends in soft and hard tissue management,

regenerative solutions, and practical case-based approaches, providing clinicians with opportunities to share clinical insights

and treatment strategies in contemporary implant dentistry.
