On September 6th, Dentium hosted ‘bright Staff,’ a seminar at its Gwanggyo headquarters designed to enhance the practical skills of dental hygienists. The event was structured into three distinct sessions covering the full spectrum of dental clinic operations, offering a comprehensive single-day program for hygienists to master key skills relevant to both management and clinical practice.

The program was divided into three core topics. The Management Session covered key strategies for effective clinic administration and human resources operations. The Front Desk Session provided in-depth knowledge on dental insurance claim processing and essential billing tips. Finally, the Clinical Session focused on the evolving role of dental hygienists in the treatment room, including practical guidance on the effective use of various small-scale equipment.

All participants received a seminar coursebook, a Dentium merchandise pouch, and a ‘bright’ Essence. Additionally, an on-site social media hashtag event was held, with ‘bright’ Toothbrushes given as supplementary gifts.
